The US News and World Report’s 2015 Best High Schools rankings has given Millburn, NJ High School a rating of 14 out of all New Jersey high schools!  US News and World Report worked with RTI International, a global non-profit social science research firm, to rank the schools.  Millburn, NJ High School ranked 303rd in the nation.

The schools were ranked using the following principles:  “that a great high school must serve all of its students well, not just those who are college-bound, and that it must be able to produce measurable academic outcomes to show it is successfully educating its student body across a range of performance indicators.”

US News and World Report also awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals to the high schools, with a gold medal being awarded to the schools achieving the greatest level of college readiness in their students.  There were 500 high schools given gold medals (27 of those in NJ), 2,027 schools earning silver medals (31 of those being in NJ), and 3,990 schools earning bronze medals (41 of those being in NJ).
